Vivid Venues is an event rental company that specializes in weddings and other upscale events. We are based out of Edmonton, Alberta but offer our services province-wide. We differ from other companies by offering fully customizable rental packages that give you the ability to create your perfect space.
It all starts with the premium, clear-top tent. All of our tents are completely modular which allows you to pick the perfect size for your gathering. Once you have your tent size picked out, you get to choose your table and chair styles. We have a variety of seating arrangements we can suggest based on the number of guests and the size of the tent or you can design your own. With the seating taken care of, the last step is to choose your lighting and décor. Choose from our selection chandeliers and combine that with our café-style string lighting to make your space come to life and finish it off with chiffon drapery hung overhead.
Once you have your perfect venue designed, we will come and set everything up just like you had planned, and take it down after the event. Our rentals come fully insured and licensed leaving you nothing to worry about. Pricing includes everything listed above including the tent, tables, chairs, as well as delivery, setup, and tear-down.
