How many days are included with my rental?
The pricing on our website is for a one-day rental. However, setup will be done at least one day prior, and tear-down will be done the following day.
For example – if you book a rental for Saturday, delivery and set-up will be done the Friday before and tear-down down the Sunday after.
Can I book a long-term rental?
Absolutely! For details on rentals for more than one day, please CONTACT US for more information.
How much room is needed to setup?
We need a perimeter of approximately 3 meters or 10 feet beyond that of the tent to set up the venue and properly secure it.
Can I request a specific time for set-up and tear-down?
Specific times can be accommodated, however additional charges may apply.
How much do you charge for delivery for locations farther than 100km from Edmonton?
There are a number of factors that could affect delivery charges but we try our best to keep costs as low as possible. For an exact quote, please CONTACT US.
Is there anything I need to do before my venue is delivered and set up?
In general, we try to take care of all the heavy lifting but we do ask 3 things of our customers:
1. There is access to the set-up area for a pickup truck and trailer.
2. If you are supplying your own power, please ensure that the are plug-ins available within 50 feet of the tent.
3. If the venue will be set-up and grass, please do NOT mow the grass the day of setup as it can stain linens and wood. We recommend mowing the lawn several days prior to setup to avoid grass stains.
What happens if any rental equipment is damaged?
We understand that normal wear-and -tear is expected, especially for outdoor venues, however if excessive damage is incurred to any rental items, additional charges may be incurred reflecting the repair or replacement cost of that item.
How many chairs and tables do I get with my rental?
There is no set number. We work with you to design a seating layout that you like that will fit the number of guests and provide tables and chairs accordingly.
